As a mortgage expert with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, Pam has a passion for building genuine connections with her clients. She enjoys educating them about mortgages and guiding them through what is often the largest purchase of their lives. Helping her referral partners grow their businesses is another area where Pam excels.

Pam has a soft spot for first-time homebuyers because she enjoys their excitement and their need for additional guidance and knowledge during the home loan process. She is also honored to serve veterans by helping them purchase homes using their VA loan benefits.

In addition, Pam offers her clients a variety of home loan options, including conventional, FHA, VA, WHEDA, and down payment assistance programs. Most of her clients reside in northeastern Wisconsin and the Fox Valley area – including Appleton, Oshkosh, and Green Bay.

Along with her Waterstone Mortgage Fox Valley team members, Pam regularly supports charities such as St. Joe’s Food Pantry and Help for the Homeless. Individually, she also supports the Menasha School District and St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Menasha, Wisconsin.
